Clerici Boutique Hotel
The project envisions the transformation of the Clerici Boutique Hotel, nestled in the historic, artistic, and cultural heart of Milan, just steps away from the renowned Palazzo Clerici. The interiors, entirely designed by Marsica Fossati, place meticulous attention on every detail, creating a refined and intimate atmosphere.
Every element has been carefully considered: the damask wallpaper is playfully reinterpreted with subtle graphic motifs, while custom-designed furnishings elevate the experience of the space. All bedside tables are finished in glossy black lacquer, and the linear cylindrical lampshades, with iridescent hues echoing the bed headboards, are bespoke creations crafted specifically for this boutique setting.
Hotel Via Milano
“A Delicate Brutalism”
Thanks to its position and its shape, the historical building condenses in itself the main features of the soul of Turin: a historic city, with a rich industrial heritage, that it has been able to renew itself through tourism, work, research and contemporary art.
The new project is based on a deep analysis of the building and the context in which it is situated.
The idea behind the project was to emphasize the separation that was already present at the beginning, creating a 110-room, 5-star hotel capable of encapsulating the city’s two souls.
Hotel Manin
Hotel Manin, a historic and well-known hotel with a century-long tradition located in the heart of Milan, sought a refreshed identity through a comprehensive refurbishment. In order to accommodate the client’s need to keep the hotel fully operational, the renovation was carried out over 7 phases, scheduled during the hotel’s annual closure of 28 days in August.
A carefully selected palette of materials including stone, leather, glass, carpet, and wallpaper, guides guests through the spaces, creating an elegant and intimate atmosphere defined by the interplay of light, color, and textures.
Hotel Chantelle
The first London’s project by the well know Brand Chantelle Hotel. The place, whose construction site lasted for 7 months, combines the dining room, bruch area, lounge area and bar on the upper floor of the famous Bombonniere nightclub, also designed by G*AA.
The entrance on the street is immediately followed by a staircase, decorated by the celebrated artist Rachid Kallamni, that leads directly to the restaurant.
Iginio Massari
Craftsmanship and luxury manufacturing are the central design themes of the new workshop and retail space created for Maestro Iginio Massari.
Housed in a former bank building, the project unfolds within the main hall: a space of monumental character crowned by a glazed ceiling with decorative motifs. The design features a display and sales counter visible through the street-front windows of the historic centre, while the grand hall, furnished with custom made sofas and coffee tables, welcomes guests to savour the products. Finally, behind the scenes lies a spacious laboratory dedicated to pastry creation.
